Dear Family and Friends,
We are living through very difficult times, and for my Bat Mitzvah, I would like to bring light into the world and help others who are less fortunate.
I have chosen to support the Shine Foundation, which was started by one of my mom’s best friends, because it provides a warm, welcoming environment for widows, their families, and victims of domestic violence.
The Shine Foundation works with various organizations to supply these women and their children with basic necessities and material goods. Women can visit the showroom and shop freely without limitations. Shine provides essential items such as clothing, bedding, kitchenware, school supplies, baby needs, strollers, toys, and so much more. These women shop with dignity and anonymity, leaving with heavy bags and lighter hearts.
Shine’s hands-on, unique approach offers these women a renewed sense of dignity and hope. Shine has touched the lives of those in local communities and spread its light around the world, collaborating with missions in Ukraine, villages in Africa and South America, and of course, in our homeland, Israel.
For my Bat Mitzvah, I want to continue bringing light into darkness by raising awareness and support for the Shine Foundation. In lieu of gifts, please consider making a donation so Shine can help even more mothers and families who have suffered so much and deserve a second chance at happiness and good fortune.
Thank you!
Love,
Zoe ♥️
