Stuart B. Kotler

Stuart has been with the Firm for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience serving as an accounting and business advisor to prominent real estate and construction companies as well as to family-owned and closely held businesses. Stu graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in taxation at NYU while simultaneously attending Cardozo Law School, where he received a Juris Doctor degree. In 1985, he obtained his license as a certified public accountant in New York. He was admitted to practice law before the Courts of NY and the U.S. Tax Court in 1983.
Dara Orbach
B.A. in Elementary Education from Stern College for Women at Yeshiva University, Masters of Sciences in Literacy from The Hunter College School of Education.
Dara works as the Special Event Coordinatorat the Friendship Circle of New Jersey and serves on its board as the Vice President. In addition, Dara serves, as a board member of other organizations: JKHA/RKYHS, Mikvah Chana, American Committee for Shaare Zedek Medical Center Women’s Division; Daughters of Israel; Camp Morasha; Stern College for Women; Sinai Schools; and Community Growth Committee of the Suburban Torah Center in Livingston, NJ.
Dara lives in Livingston with her husband, David, and their 5 children.
Nicholas Kaiser
Partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP New York office.
He has over thirty years of experience as a real estate, corporate and tax lawyer, providing business solutions to publicly and privately held companies. Nicholas began his career at the Wall Street law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a transactional tax attorney focused on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and tax-structured real estate investments including state, federal and international issues. Nicholas advises clients in structuring corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships to acquire real estate, operating businesses and other investments. He also represents clients in structuring sales, mergers, spin-offs, and other commercial transactions and in
the day-to-day tax issues that arise in operating businesses. He works seamlessly with clients’ internal and external accountants and advisors to optimize clients’ outcomes. Nicholas received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University.
Gila Gerszberg
B.A. in Psychology and Biology from Stern College, Masters from UMDNJ’s Physicians Assistant Program.
Gila is a founding partner of 2020 acquisitions; a national real estate company. She, along with the extended Gerszberg family has for over a decade, taken an active role in Tikva, an orphanage in the Ukraine. Her passion is to work with charities that give back directly to those with life issues. She recently obtained her EMT license. Gila lives in Highland Park, New Jersey with her husband and their 5 children.
Bobbi Luxenberg
B.A. in Biology from Stern College, Mastered in occupational therapy from NYU.
Born and raised in West Orange, NJ to parents of Holocaust survivors. She has devoted her life to promoting holocaust awareness across all ages. Bobbi has been serving the Jewish community over many years, in a myriad of ways, highly active in organizations such as Congregation AABJ&D in West Orange, Amit, Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy, Colel Chabad and Daughters of Israel.
During the pandemic, Bobbi focused her efforts on the needs of senior citizens, creating new programming for volunteers to visit and deliver food packages to seniors who are unable to leave their homes. The program continues to expand to reach people with a variety of needs. Bobbi aims to continue working toward bringing necessary services to the Jewish community locally and in Israel. Bobbi and her husband Michael raised their 4 daughters in West Orange NJ.
